Cassandra is a freelance writer and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant with a focus on mental health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Canyon University with plans to continue her education in the same field. She is originally from Arizona, but has recently relocated from Northern California to Chesapeake, Virginia while following the career of her husband, who serves in the United States Coastguard. Cassandra has two teenagers and a toddler, and enjoys thrifting, crafting, and traveling.
